JUMA YOGA is perfect for beginners, as for Yogis with experince. We teach the Hatha-Yoga tradition and combine traditional Yoga practice with modern training elements. Participantes on our courses and retreats will learn more about themselfs and will find a new Yoga experience.
Small classes from 4 to max. 12 students guarantee an individual and healthy practice. Individual 1:1 sessions can be booked for a deeper understanding. The modern Yoga concept with certain support from blocks, ball and bellt make a healthy Yoga practice possible, independent from the body constitution or flexibility.
